PROFIT ANALYSIS
If a bag
of sachet water is being sold for #60 naira, ATS WATER will supply to its
distributing outlets at the rate of 45 naira. Ok let’s do some calculation.

In
a set of sachet water, we have 11 bags = which is #450 per set.
If the
distributing outlet sells at a supply rate of #60 naira to retailers, they automatically
have a profit of #15 naira per bag. Multiply 15 x 10 = #150 naira per set. So there
for on each set they have a profit of #150 naira.
Now let’s
multiply the profit by how many sets a store can hold per trip.
If a
store can hold minimum of 400 sets, (i.e.) 400 sets x #150 naira
400 x
150 = 60,000
This shows
that each outlet will make a profit of #60,000 naira per trip
Now let’s
multiply the profit by three (3) trips per week.
60,000 x
3 = 180,000
So per
week each outlet will make a profit of #180,000 naira
Multiply
profit per week in a month.
180,000
x 4 = 720,000
We have succeeded
in making a profit of #720,000 naira in a month on just one (1) outlet.
Let’s multiply
total profit in a month by the proposed FOUR (4) Outlets we plan to establish.

I think it’s

ATS WATER is capable of producing
maximum of 3500 bags of water per day which round up to 21,000 bags per week. With
our automatic sachet water packaging machines, we can conveniently manage 8
depots. And our fully automatic bottling line is capable of producing 1200
packs of 12 75cl bottle water per day… Although we plan to increase our
capability as time goes on.
